Change the Status of a Ticket on Community

You can close a ticket when your issue has been resolved, or open a closed ticket if an issue resurfaces, from the community. This article walks you through the process.

Change a Ticket’s Status

  1. Go to and login.

  2. Click List Case.

  3. You are on the My Tickets screen where all your tickets are listed. Click on a ticket.

  4. Click Edit.

  5. Use the Status dropdown to close or open your ticket, and then click Update to save your changes.

This ticket has been closed. The status of the ticket has been changed.
