View Old Tickets on SearchUnify Community

When you have multiple tickets on the community, tracking them becomes important. If you are not registered on the SearchUnify community, the only way to stay on top of the tickets is to check your inbox. For registered users, there is an easier way.


Register on the SearchUnify community. The instructions are on Register on the SearchUnify Community

View Your Tickets

  1. Go to and login.

  2. Click List Case.

  3. You are on the My Tickets screen where all your tickets are listed. You can view the tickets and change the status of any ticket. For the latter, view Change the Status of a Ticket on Community
