Agent Helper-Jira Integration: Fast-Track Case Resolutions
Integrating Jira with Agent Helper helps support reps to see the Jira tickets of the related cases. Thus, if a similar case has a Jira ticket attached to it, it save time for the support agent seeing if there is a resolution available on that Jira ticket.
Prerequisites

Get a Jira login in. Refer to Find Your Jira Login ID

Get a Jira login token. Refer to Create an API Token in Atlassian (Jira and Confluence)
Integrating Agent Helper with Jira

Navigate to Apps > Agent Helper. Click .

Enter the Jira Client ID and Client Secret and select a Jira field. Click Connect & Save.
You will see success message if your Jira is successfully connected with Agent Helper.
Viewing Jira

Open Agent Helper in your Salesforce Service Console.

Under Top Related Cases tab, you will see View button along with Jira icon.

Click on the View button ahead of the case of which you want to see the linked Jira ticket.
