Configure Analytics Properties
Analytics Properties is the second tab in Analytics Settings. It offers advanced configurations to configure how analytics data is gathered. The configurations are available in two sections:

Top section contains the following configurations:

Session Timeout allows you to specify when a user session should expire due to inactivity.

Email Tracking Enabled allows you to determine whether user email IDs are displayed in the Session Tracking Details report.

Track User Attribute allows you to add and track custom user attributes in search sessions, alongside standard events like clicks, searches, and page views.

Internal/External email tracking enabled allows you to configure four user types for the purpose of filtering Search Analytics data.

Limit tracking to logged in users allows you to gather Search Analytics data only for Internal Users.

Down section contains the following configurations:

Support Page Url allows you to define the URL where users can create a case or contact support. After entering the support page URL, turn on Show Stage 2 Deflection (Support Page) to start capturing analytics.

Capture Direct Pageviews in Session Journey allows you to define the URL the URL for Direct Pageviews, where Direct Pageviews refers to those visits to web pages when the users land on it through means other than search.

Select any type of implicit deflection allows you to pick a formula for calculating Stage 1 Case Deflection. Two values are available:
